Plano Woman Charged With Forgery In Kendall County: Sheriff
The sheriff's office said the Plano woman was already in custody on an unrelated charge of violating a no contact order.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL β The Kendall County Sheriffβs Office said a Plano woman has been charged with forgery as the result of an investigation by Kendall County Detectives. According to the sheriff's office, Sharon S. Mitchell, 49, from the 3000 block of Hoffman Street, Plano, was charged on Nov. 21 with the felony stemming from a recent forgery incident, and was already at the Kendall County Jail for an unrelated Oct. 22 charge of violating a no contact order.
The sheriff's office said they received a report on Oct. 16 regarding a forgery incident that took place at the Kendall County Adult Court Services, inside the Kendall County Courthouse. According to the sheriff's office, the complainant claimed they received documentation that was reportedly forged, which led detectives to start an investigation.
The sheriff's office said a warrant was issued for Mitchell's arrest, with a bond set at $5,000 with 10 percent to apply.

Mitchell remains in custody, awaiting her next court date, according to the sheriff's office.
