School Bus Incident, Loose 'Vicious' Dog: Yorkville Police Log

Police responded to a residential neighborhood over an incident on a school bus and are working with the school, the report says.

YORKVILLE, IL β€” Yorkville police released information about their activity on Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 13 and 14, outlining some accidents and two incidents.

Around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, police responded to the 300 block of E. Kendall Drive on a call of a dog chasing an unidentified child and adult. Police cited a 31-year-old man who lives in that block for not having his dog on a leash and for having a "dangerous/vicious" domestic animal.

Around 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, police responded to the area of Alan Dale and Honeysuckle to deal with an incident on a school bus. Two kids were involved, police said in the report which doesn't specify what happened. Police are working with the school.
