The 53-year-old man became upset when he was told he couldn't purchase alcohol, police said.

YORKVILLE, IL — A Yorkville man is charged with disorderly conduct after police say he became upset after being denied alcohol and "mooned" a cashier and other customers at a business in the 1400 block of Bridge Street Friday. Police said Tim F. Baker, 53, of the 1000 block of Bridge Street, appeared intoxicated when he entered the store at around 6:34 p.m.

Baker attempted to purchase alcohol but was denied "due to his intoxication level," police said.

At that point, Baker "pulled down his shorts and 'mooned' the cashier and customers before leaving the establishment," police said.
