Carmel Police Department: Carmel Police Respond To Bomb Threat
Upon investigation, we have determined the threat was unsubstantiated and there is no concern for the safety of the public at this time.

On Wednesday September 15, 2021 Carmel Police responded to a reported bomb threat in the area of 1 South Range Line Rd. As a precaution, the roads in the area of Main St. and Range Line Rd. were temporarily closed by CPD officers. Upon investigation, we have determined the threat was unsubstantiated and there is no concern for the safety of the public at this time. Carmel Police investigators are now actively working this case to determine who the perpetrator(s) of this threat was.
