The National Weather Service reports similar amounts across much of central Indiana, and residents can check additional official snowfall measurements online for other nearby communities.
   

• Cicero Gets More Than $400,000 for Roads (thetimes24-7.com) — Carmel residents may be interested that nearby Cicero is receiving more than $426,000 in state matching funds to repair local roads and bridges through Indiana’s Community Crossings program. The grant, announced by Sen. Scott Baldwin, highlights ongoing infrastructure investment across Senate District 20, which includes Carmel, Noblesville, Cicero and unincorporated parts of Hamilton County.
