Carmel Police Department: Wanted For A Welfare Check

On December 23, 2021, the Carmel Police Department responded to the area of 9800 Haverstick Road on a suspicious incident. At approximately 8:22 p.m., a female is seen running from the passenger side of an SUV, a male is seen chasing her and eventually grabs her and takes her back to the vehicle. Any information on the individuals pictured below would assist the police in conducting a welfare check on the female.
