Carmel, IN - National Night Out is an annual campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. This year, August 3, 2021, is National Night Out. The Carmel Police Department will again be partnering with members of the community to affirm our conviction against crime and disorder. This year’s event is scheduled to take place at the Carmel Gazebo from 6 – 8 p.m.

Police and Fire personnel will be there to talk about safety and answer questions. Additionally, we will have the CPD SWAT truck, Drone Team, Crime Scene Specialists, CFD Fire Engines and many other interesting things to see. We will also have free pizza and hot dogs as well as Big Wheel races, airbrush tattoos, a free photo booth and other fun games. The Bloodmobile will be there, so you can do your part to help save a life. Please let your friends and family know about the National Night Out and we look forward to seeing you.
