Missing Carmel 11-Year-Old Located: Police

CARMEL, IN — The Carmel Police Department said 11-year-old Cheyanne Bell has been located. Police provided the update Wednesday afternoon, and thanked everyone who provided information in the search for the young girl.


On Wednesday morning, Carmel police asked for the public's help in locating what the department said was a missing 11-year-old girl. Carmel police said Cheyanne Bell was last seen at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, July 3 (2019) in the 5700 block of Aquamarine Drive, near the area of East Main Street and Hazel Dell Parkway. Police said she left the area on foot.

Police said Bell is 4’8' and 70 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair, glasses, and was last seen wearing a white/pink horizontal striped shirt and blue jean shorts.
