1. Pacers fan found guilty for stabbing Knicks fan at Carmel bar (youarecurrent.com) — A Hamilton County jury has convicted a Westfield man for a stabbing that happened on the back patio of Danny Boy Beer Works in Carmel’s Village of WestClay after a Pacers–Knicks playoff game. The victim, from Noblesville, suffered serious injuries and has also filed a civil lawsuit against both the attacker and the Carmel bar. Sentencing is scheduled for mid-January.
   

2. Carmel honors parks supporter with forest named in her honor (wishtv.com) — Carmel’s Central Park Woodlands will be renamed Susannah H. Dillon Woods next June, honoring longtime parks advocate Sue Dillon. The Carmel Clay Board of Parks and Recreation recognized her decades of work helping create and grow Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation, which now manages over 700 acres and partners with Carmel Clay Schools.
   

3. WISH-TV partners with Toys for Tots to bring joy to central Indiana children (wishtv.com) — Central Indiana’s Toys for Tots drive is underway, and Carmel residents have several nearby drop-off spots, including banks on Carmel Drive, Michigan Road, and in the Village of West Clay. New, unwrapped toys—especially for babies and teens—are needed this week to help local families before the holidays.
   

4. Indiana Football Coaches Association Senior and Junior All-State teams (indystar.com) — Carmel football standouts Drew Pemberton and Drake Coellner have been named to the Indiana Football Coaches Association’s Senior and Junior All-State teams, respectively, highlighting strong seasons for the Greyhounds. The extensive list showcases top players statewide, but Carmel athletes earn prominent recognition among Indiana’s elite.
   

5. Carmel woman accused of money laundering (youarecurrent.com) — A Carmel resident has been charged with multiple felony counts tied to an alleged multi-year money-laundering scheme that investigators say moved hundreds of thousands of dollars through local bank and business accounts. Carmel police say a friend from Indianapolis and Carmel-registered companies were also used to route funds, with trials and legal proceedings now scheduled into 2026.
