UNIFI Autism Care Welcomes New Director of Family Engagement
Thought-leading behavior analyst to lead novel autism family support program in Indiana
UNIFI Autism Care is proud to announce that Molly Dubuque, MA, BCBA, LBA has been appointed Director of Family Engagement to lead the new Life-FIT (Family Interaction Training) program. Jointly developed by UNIFI and its affiliate Life Course Care, Life-FIT, is a family-mediated, clinician-led 12-week program designed to strengthen family bonds, promote positive interactions, and support autistic children’s development using evidence-based therapeutic strategies.
“We could not be more excited to have someone with the depth of Molly’s experience responsible for the launch and oversight of this program,” said UNIFI President and Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Breanne Hartley, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA. “There is a significant need to expand care options for families of individuals with autism.”
Dubuque comes to lead the Life-FIT program with 25 years of experience providing clinical services across multiple organizations, treatment settings and age groups. With her passion for patient care, expertise in program development, and dedication to innovation, Dubuque is the perfect leader to pioneer this much-needed family support system. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA) and is the former Vice President of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Board of Directors.
