Power outage is causing traffic issues at 38th and Keystone Avenue and 38th and Orchard Avenue.
INDIANAPOLIS, IN - With rain and storms comes power outages.
Indianapolis Department of Public Works has tweeted news of a power outage affecting traffic signals at 38th and Keystone Avenue and 38th and Orchard Avenue.
DPW notified Indianapolis Power and Light (IPL) of this situation, as @IndyDPW tweeted:
