CARMEL, IN — If you're planning on traveling through westbound Carmel Drive, you'll need to make other plans as City of Carmel officials say westbound lanes of Carmel Drive between Range Line Road and the Monon Trail are closed until further notice due to the reason mentioned below. Eastbound lanes, however, are open.
