• Grand jury declines to indict man in shooting that killed teen at Kentucky State University (nydailynews.com) — An Evansville man will not face indictment after a Kentucky grand jury declined to charge him in a campus shooting at Kentucky State University that killed one student and critically injured another. Prosecutors and investigators have released few details, while the university stresses campus safety and the man’s attorneys say he acted to protect his son during a violent confrontation.
