The two Louisville ministries teamed up for a holiday dinner and backpack giveaway stocked with cold-weather essentials, offering about 12 hours of safety and support. Their collaboration continues as Exodus seeks approval to expand into overnight shelter services.

Volunteers honor fallen veterans with wreaths at national cemetery (spectrumnews1.com) — Louisville volunteers filled Zachary Taylor National Cemetery to place wreaths on every veteran’s grave for National Wreaths Across America Day, ensuring no local service member is forgotten. Community groups, including Zeta Amicae of Louisville, returned for the 17th year to honor loved ones and keep their names and sacrifices alive through the holidays.

Louisville basketball's Khani Rooths embraces leadership, defense as his game grows (wdrb.com) — Louisville fans get a closer look at sophomore forward Khani Rooths, whose growing leadership and defensive intensity are becoming central to the Cardinals’ identity.
