Andy Beshear announces $42M battery facility coming to Louisville, bringing 110 jobs (wdrb.com) — A new $42 million advanced materials and battery manufacturing plant is coming to Louisville, bringing 110 permanent jobs and about 390 construction jobs. California-based Anthro Energy will open its first Kentucky operation here, producing high-tech electrolytes for batteries and hiring for a range of skilled positions from technicians to engineers and facility managers.
