St. X announces plan for new multimillion-dollar football complex (courier-journal.com) — Saint Xavier High School in Louisville has begun building a nearly $9 million football and wrestling complex that should be ready by next school year. DNA breakthrough in 2025 Louisville homicide, LMPD says (whas11.com) — Louisville Metro Police say new DNA evidence has led to a major break in the April 2025 killing of Wayne Woods Sr., who was found shot in a vehicle on West Chestnut Street. Investigators report that DNA links Andrew Jackson, already in custody, to the case, and he now faces a complicity to murder charge alongside two previously indicted co-defendants.
