The hotel recently completed a full refresh totaling $450,000 that was designed to deliver a comfortable and modern guest experience. All guest rooms have been updated with new appliances, beds and furniture. Select rooms received new flooring, fresh paint, upgraded appliances and TVs, premium bedding and stylish furnishings. The property has also introduced enhanced exterior landscaping.

The 141-room HomeTowne Studios Louisville offers guests kitchenettes featuring a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and sink. Kitchen kits are available for purchase for added convenience. The property also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, a guest laundry, HD flat-screen TVs with expanded cable, regular housekeeping and weekly rates.
