Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office Caddo Deputies Arrest Shreveport Deacon For Inappropriately Touching Juvenile

On Feb. 14, Detective Ray Saunders of the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Youth Services Division received a report about a sexual assault committed against a juvenile. An investigation into the case revealed Felton Beaner Sr., 64, repeatedly touched the victim inappropriately over an extended period of time.

Beaner was booked into Caddo Correctional Center on March 11. He was charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery. Anyone with more information on this case can call Det. Saunders at (318) 422-9287.
