One man is dead following a car crash that happened near the intersection of Myra Myrtis and Hwy. 71. on Tuesday, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Just before 4 p.m., a white Toyota Camry heading northbound on Hwy. 71 left the roadway and crashed into several trees.
The driver of the vehicle was found dead at the scene.
