Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office: Two Deputies Earn Promotions
In addition to the promotions, 26 employees will be recognized for their years of service to the Sheriff's Office.

Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator will recognize two deputies for their promotions during a ceremony at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, March 10, at the Sheriff’s Re-entry Facility, 1121 Forum Drive.

Michael King, a 14-year deputy, was promoted to sergeant in the Detective Division. He joined the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office in December 2007. He has served in corrections, youth services, internal affairs and has been a financial crimes detective for nearly four years.
Vicki Johnson, a 26-year deputy, was promoted to manager of Fines and Bonds. She joined CPSO in May 1995 and has since served as a clerk in patrol, booking, fines and bonds, and community programs.

In addition to the promotions, 26 employees will be recognized for their years of service to the Sheriff’s Office. They are: Sean Channell, Carson Jordan, Shekeirea Lewis, Melinsha Nash, Shirley Smith, Tamara Warner, and Shaniqua Williams, 5 years; LaPorsha Williams, and Tabatha Wynn, 10 years; Aldonia Battle, Jacqueline Daughtery, Tony Dickey, Jr., Kiplan Jones, John C. May, Gregory McGee, Earlton Parker, Leroy Turner, and Dennis Williams, 15 years; Roderick Hall, Jennifer Jackson, and Terry Moore, 20 years; Chad Andrews, Shonda Abercrumbia, and Erik Lawrence, 25 years; Sean McCullough and John T. May, 30 years
