Car Strikes 4 on Restaurant Patio
The vehicle jumped the curb and struck four people eating outside the restaurant, police said.

Four pedestrians were struck by a vehicle outside Zoe’s Kitchen at the Annapolis Towne Center in Parole Monday afternoon, a police official said.
Just before 1:30 p.m., a black Lexus driven by an 78-year-old male jumped the curb and struck several customers seated in the patio area, according to a press release from the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
Two males, ages 54 and 45, and two females, aged 30 and 20, were struck by the vehicle, according to the release.

Three of the victims were treated at the scene and released. The 20-year-old female victim was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma with non life-threatening injuries, and the 78 year old driver was transported by ambulance to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation, according to Anne Arundel County Police Department Lieutenant T.J. Smith
