
Annapolis police are investigating two separate cases of motor vehicle tampering this week.
Sometime between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Greenbriar Lane, someone ransacked a vehicle but took nothing, according to police. The vehicle had probably been left unlocked, according to police.
The other incident happened in the 100 block of Green Street at 4 a.m. Thursday. Someone saw a person attempting to enter a vehicle and shouted at the intruder, who then ran, according to police. The would-be burglar damaged the vehicle's lock, according to police.
