Baltimore Man Abducted, Found Shot To Death In Annapolis: Police

A man abducted in Baltimore was found fatally shot in Annapolis on Thursday. Police have released the victim's name.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A Baltimore man who was abducted was found shot to death and dumped in the 900 block of Spa Road, Annapolis Police said.

About 8:30 a.m. Thursday officers were called to a wooded area where they found a dead man identified as David Winchester Jr., 47, from Baltimore. Police said Winchester was abducted in Baltimore earlier in the day.

Winchester's body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the exact cause and manner of death. Detectives said Friday they believe the death will be ruled a homicide.
