BASKETBALL: Annapolis Boys Grab County Title
The Panthers handed Arundel its only loss in the county this season.

The Annapolis High boys basketball team won the county title Wednesday night, securing a 51-49 win over Arundel as time expired.
It was the first loss against a county foe for Arundel all year. The Wildcats had not lost to a team from Anne Arundel County since a similar buzzer-beater loss to Old Mill last year.
The Capital reported that Juan Brown stole the ball in the waning seconds and ran the length of the floor to drain a layup right at the buzzer.
