The Change Starter LLC

he Change Starter LLC offers workshops, group discussions, public forums, and conferences designed to foster reflection, deepen racial understanding, and support social growth. Our offerings provide safe, structured spaces where individuals, groups, and organizations can explore how race, identity, and social conditioning shape perceptions, interactions, and internal patterns. Through facilitated conversations, participants engage in meaningful dialogue that encourages self-reflection, critical thinking, and awareness of both personal and systemic influences. Sessions are tailored for people at all levels of familiarity with race-related topics, ensuring a non-judgmental environment for learning and exploration. The Change Starter LLC helps communities and organizations build stronger communication skills, recognize bias, and develop strategies for thoughtful engagement. Sessions are offered locally in the DC‑Maryland‑Virginia area and virtually. There will be one less shoe store in Annapolis after the Famous Footwear at Festival at Riva closes its doors later this month.  The store is currently hosting a 30 percent off all shoes clearance sale, and advertising that it will close by April 28. On the bright side of shoe shopping news, the Rack Room Shoes in Annapolis announced that it would be expanding its location in the Westfield Annapolis Mall.
