Firefighters Battle Blaze Near Board of Ed Building
There were nearly 30 firefighters on the scene near some garages on Riva Road.
Firefighters responded to a blaze impacting some garages near the Board of Education building in Annapolis on Monday morning.
Lt. Keith Hamilton of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said units responded shortly after 7:15 a.m. There were 28 firefighters from Annapolis City and Anne Arundel County on the scene.
The fire caused significant delays along Riva Road during the morning rush hour.
