Michelle Obama To Visit Annapolis Wednesday, State Circle To Close
All of State Circle will be closed to traffic from 1:15 to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

UPDATE—First lady Michelle Obama will pay a visit to the Naval Academy on Wednesday, and then attend a signing of a bill at the Maryland State House, The Washington Post reports.
All of State Circle will be closed to traffic from 1:15 to 3 p.m. during her visit. Signs are up prohibiting parking on the circle for the day as well.
Obama will be on hand when Gov. Martin O'Malley signs the Veterans Full Employment Act of 2013 into law. She will also meet with service members who will be affected by the act at the Naval Academy before the signing, according to The Post.

The Veterans Full Employment Act assists veterans in getting academic credit for their military service, and helps them transition to the workforce environment.
