MLK Parade Returns To Downtown Annapolis This Weekend
The Martin Luther King Jr. Parade returns to Annapolis this weekend. Here's the parade route and schedule.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade returns to downtown Annapolis this Saturday.
The parade, hosted by the Annapolis Drum and Bugle Corps, starts at noon.
It will step off on West Street at Amos Garrett Boulevard, continue down West Street, head clockwise around Church Circle and travel down Main Street before ending at City Dock.

Drivers should expect rolling road closures along the route.
Paid public parking is available in these garages: Park Place (1 Park Place), Knighton (1A Colonial Ave.), Gotts (25 Calvert St.), and Hillman (150 Gorman St.).

The free magenta shuttle will run between Park Place and City Dock from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Riders can track the shuttle at accessannapolis.transloc.com.
The Martin Luther King Jr. Parade was previously held in January. With winter weather frequently causing delays, planners in 2019 permanently moved the event to April.
