Police ID Victim in Thursday Shooting in Annapolis
Police disclosed more details about the Thursday shooting that sent one man to the hospital.

Annapolis police have announced that Brian Williams, 23, of Washington D.C., was the man shot in Annapolis on Thurday.
Williams was visiting family in the area of 1400 Tyler Avenue when a man approached him with a handgun, according to a release from the Annapolis Police Department.
"The man shot Williams once in the torso and fled the area," according to the release.
Williams was taken by ambulance to the University of Maryland's Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, where he is expected to be released Friday evening, according to the release.
