Police Report More Vehicle Thefts Over Weekend
Laptops, stereo equipment and cell phones are targets of most thefts.

The Annapolis Police Department is continuing to warn residents to lock their car doors, after four more cars had items stolen from them over the weekend of March 1-3.
Feb. 28-March 1—700 block of Arundel Place. Money from two cars and a laptop computer from another car were taken from the area. All three cars were unlocked, police said.
Feb. 28-March 1—1300 block of Stonecreek Road. A laptop computer, Droid X cell phone, Verizon Hot Spot, XBox 360 headphones, black Swiss Army backpack, and credit cards were taken from a vehicle on forced entry.

March 1— Belle Drive near Brightwater Drive. An unknown subject forced entry into a vehicle and removed a car stereo, Bose amplifier, and Bose speaker. The vehicle was keyed, the front windshield smashed, and right tires slashed.
March 2—200 block of Hilltop Lane. An unknown subject removed a wheel and tire from a parked vehicle.
