Ravens, Trophy To Pay a Visit to Annapolis

The trophy will swing by Annapolis en route to the State Legislature on Thursday.

The Lombardi Trophy earned by the Baltimore Ravens in the 2013 Super Bowl in February will be brought to Annapolis by members of the team on Thursday, CBS Baltimore reports.

Sen. Mike Miller (D-District 27) said Wednesday that prominent members of the team would visit Annapolis to bring the trophy to the State Legislature early Thursday.

WBAL Radio reported that House Speaker Michael Busch said the team will only be paying the legislators a brief visit. He had to turn his family down for a chance to meet with them, he said.
