Second-Annual Sailboat Show Kicks off Friday Morning

Dozens of sailboats already line the docks in downtown Annapolis, all ready for the big show this weekend.

The second-annual Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show starts Friday morning at City Dock. The display of boats has grown to become one of the largest sailboat shows in the country, according to United States Yacht Shows, Inc.

This year's show is set to include more than 80 sailboats and more than 100 maritime exhibits and door prizes for everyone who pays for entry.

Tickets start at $12 for one-day admission and $19 for two-day admission. Kids 7-12 get in for $4, and kids 6 and under get in free.
