Skip First Sunday Arts Fest? See What You Missed
More than a hundred artists contributed their wares to the Annapolis festival.
The first of several First Sunday Arts Festivals kicked off Sunday in downtown Annapolis, filling West Street and Whitmore Park with dozens of creative merchants selling their creations.
Paintings, photography, sculptures—not to mention clothing, jewelry, live sketching, and live music—were all a part of what made the first First Sunday a memorable occasion. In total, more than a hundred artists contributed their wares to the festival.
One of the events that drew a large crowd was a group of belly dancers and fire performers, who danced to booming Indian tunes.
