The public will have their say Monday night on the latest Annapolis City Dock Master Plan.
The plan will be presented for a public hearing at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall, after which it will require a final vote by the council, scheduled for Oct. 28.

The Capital reported that the plan calls for City Dock to be surrounded by a 30-foot maritime zoning setback, designating three areas for development—including the former Fawcett Boating Supply store.
The site was once going to be renovated into a new, $20 million retail center by developer Mark Ordan, but plans were pulled after they met resistance from a local group, the Save Annapolis Coalition.
City aldermen were split on a decision to wait for the results of a new maritime study on the area before making changes. Ultimately the council decided on language that freed the master plan from the results of the study, The Capital reported.
