Teen Shot In Annapolis By 2 Suspects Wearing Ski Masks: Reports

A teenager was shot in Annapolis by two suspects wearing ski masks, reports said. It was the city's third shooting in nine days.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A male was shot Tuesday in western Annapolis, police said.

Officers said the shooting happened in the 100 block of S. Villa Avenue. That's located near the Wiley H. Bates Legacy Center.

The victim told authorities that two unknown suspects in ski masks both withdrew a gun from their waistbands and started shooting at him.

Police said the victim was taken to a hospital.

The Capital reported that the teenage victim, who was shot around 11:40 p.m., is now in stable condition.

Officers have not yet made any arrests or identified the suspects.

This was the city's third shooting in nine days.

Reports said a man was shot at a Parole gas station on Aug. 5. A male was shot in the Rider's Glen subdivision on Friday, authorities stated.
