Town Hall Meeting for Ward 5 Residents Thursday

Ward 5 Alderman Jared Littman and city officials will make presentations at a town hall meeting scheduled for Thursday in Annapolis.

"The purpose of the meeting is to increase the transparency and responsiveness of your city government," Littmann said. "By increasing your awareness of the issues with which the City grapples, there will be less surprise or misunderstanding of the city's decisions."

Other speakers will include City Manager Mike Malinoff; Police Chief Michael Pristoop; Fire Chief David Stokes Sr.; and the directors of Public Works, Neighborhood and Environmental Programs, Planning and Zoning and Transportation departments.

The town hall meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center, in meeting rooms 1 and 2.
