Ward 8 Alderman Arnett Running for Re-Election

Annapolis City Council Alderman Ross Arnett has announced his intent to run for re-election for his Ward 8 seat.

Arnett made the announcement this week at Boatyard Bar and Grill to retain his seat, which represents the Eastport area of Annapolis. 

Arnett, a Democrat, has represented Ward 8 since 2007. Before entering public office, he was an economist with 32 years of service with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, according to the city of Annapolis website. 

Election Day for the city is Nov. 5.
