What Would You Ask an Annapolis Police Officer?

A YouTube video shows how the Annapolis Police Department handled the Global Tweet-a-Thon.

More than 200 police departments participated in a global Tweet-a-Thon last Friday, including the Annapolis Police Department.

The event opened the doors to the public to connect with officers through Twitter, who tweeted a virtual ride-along throughout the day.

Department spokeswoman Detective Amy Miguez said she was inspired to consider doing this regularly.

"I think that I may do this again, perhaps on a regular basis," she said in a video by Maryland CNS.
