Wounded Warrior Circuit to Cruise Through Annapolis
The Soldier Ride's slogan is "rehab through cycling."
Dozens of alumni from the Wounded Warrior Project will be cycling from Washington, DC, to Annapolis and Baltimore this week while on the Soldier Ride.
The project provides equipment, such as hand cycles and bicycles to accommodate veterans injured or disabled in war.
The Soldier Ride's slogan is "rehab through cycling." It is designed to help wounded men and women by restoring their physical and mental well-being by getting them the right equipment to go on tour. It also raises public awareness of soldiers who have been severely injured.
