2 Suspects Arrested In Fatal Oxon Hill Shooting
Two Prince George's County men have been charged with the murder of a 26-year-old man in a June shooting in Oxon Hill.
OXON HILL, MD — Two Prince George's County men have been charged with the murder of a 26-year-old man in a June shooting in Oxon Hill.
Jarrett Jackson, 25, of Fort Washington and Jarrell Jackson, 28, of Oxon Hill have been charged with first-degree murder and related charges, police said.
At about 8:40 p.m. June 6, officers responded to the 5200 block of Leverett St. for the report of a shooting. They discovered the victim—later identified as Shahim Body, 26, of Oxon Hill—suffering from gunshot wounds. Shahim died several hours later, police said.

Detectives believe the fatal shooting stemmed from an ongoing dispute between the suspects and the victim.
