$200K Winning Lotto Ticket Claimed By Dad To Use For Kid's College
A Prince George's dad who won $200K on a scratch-off ticket plans to use his winnings to help his daughter pay her college tuition.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A man who's been playing lotto games for more than 15 years finally cashed in on that experience.
The resident told lotto officials he usually breaks even, but this time, his Ravens X10 scratch-off ticket netted him $200,000.
“When I scanned the barcode, I couldn’t believe my eyes,” the man told Maryland Lottery officials. “It said I won, so I scratched the rest of the ticket to see the winning numbers, and I almost shed a tear. I was mind-blown.”
