DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD — A tip from a citizen led detectives to North Carolina where they tracked down 23-year-old Raheem Hawkins-Boseman of Silver Spring, who is wanted in connection to the shooting death of 27-year-old Jessica Somerville.

On March 17 at approximately 2:15 a.m., Prince George's police officers were notified about a shooting in the 5800 block of Silver Hill Road. Somerville was found outside a business with a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

The preliminary investigation indicates the suspect followed the victim outside of a fast food restaurant after a brief argument and shot her in the parking lot. They didn't know each other before the argument in the restaurant.
