A Clinton man has died after police say he lost control of his vehicle and hit a utility pole.
CLINTON, MD — A 33-year-old Clinton man has died after police say he lost control of his vehicle and hit a utility pole.
The incident happened Jan. 10 around 8:10 p.m. Prince George's police officers were called to the 9800 block of Surratts Road for a report of a single-vehicle crash. Ezequiel Maza Espadas was found in his vehicle and pronounced deceased on the scene. A male passenger wasn't injured, according to police.
The preliminary investigation revealed Maza Espadas was traveling southbound on Surratts Road, when for reasons under investigation, he lost control and hit a utility pole. Anyone with additional information about this case is asked to call detectives at 301-731-4422.
