DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Saturday afternoon in District Heights. On Dec. 21 around 4:20 p.m., Prince George's police officers received a report of a shooting near Walker Mill Road and Karen Boulevard. Police found 21-year-old Jacquis Frye of Capitol Heights in the road with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s). Anyone with information about this case who would like to speak to a detective can call 301-516-2512.
