CAMP SPRINGS, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal crash that happened Wednesday afternoon in Camp Springs. On April 23 around 2:15 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 5800 block of Allentown Road for a report of a crash involving two vehicles. The preliminary investigation indicates that 38-year-old Anthony Easter of Suitland was heading southbound on Allentown Road when, for reasons being investigation, he lost control of his vehicle and collided with a second vehicle. Easter was pronounced dead at the scene. The second driver was uninjured, according to the police department. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call detectives at 301-731-4422.
