The man was driving in the 15200 block of Derby Shire at about 3:30 a.m. when he struck a tree and overturned his car, police said. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Police said investigators are trying to find a passenger who fled from the scene of the crash. He is described as a black male with dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a black jacket. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances that lead to the collision, police said.
