UPPER MARLBORO, MD -- A police officer fatally shot a bulldog that police say attacked a man who was delivering food in Upper Marlboro.

Police were called to the 3600 block of Endsley Place at around 5:30 p.m. to a report of an animal bite, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department. The dog was an American bulldog.
