Police Seek Lanham Murder Suspect
Police released surveillance video of a man wanted for questioning in connection to a fatal shooting in Lanham Aug. 1.
LANHAM, MD — Police released surveillance video of a man wanted for questioning in connection to a fatal shooting that left one man dead in Lanham Aug. 11.
At about 9:30 a.m. Aug. 11, officers responded to a welfare check in the 7000 block of Palamar Turn. Arriving officers located a man suffering from gunshot wounds and pronounced him dead at the scene. The victim was identified as Troy Foster, 24.
The surveillance video was recorded at about 9:40 p.m. Aug. 11 at a gas station at 20 Southway in Greenbelt, police said. Detectives are asking the community to call with any information on the identify of the man in this video.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit at 301-772-4925.
