The ramp from northbound US 301 to westbound US 50 will be closed from Friday night into early Monday morning, as the highway workers perform pavement repairs. The State Highway Administration said the ramp will be closed beginning Friday night and will open back up no later than 5 a.m. Monday (August 5.)The SHA said the road closure was necessary in order to allow the pavement to dry and cure. Drivers should follow signs for a detour and make a left onto Route 197 in order to access westbound US 50. Motorists can also get to US 50 by turning left at Belair Drive and following the signs.
