COLLEGE PARK, MD — March Madness is finally upon us, and it's time to start thinking about that office pool and your bracket strategy. Ranked at No. 25 in the latest AP poll, the University of Maryland is all but a lock to make it to the "Big Dance" this year.

ESPN has the Terps as a No. 7 seed in Tulsa, while CBS and SB Nation pundits rank Maryland as the No. 6 seed playing in Orlando, says the Testudo Times. But before the NCAA Tournament, the Terrapins have to make their way through the Big Ten Conference Tournament this weekend in Washington, DC.

Maryland and Wisconsin both completed conference play with a 12-6 record. Based on conference tie-breaking procedures, the Badgers are the No. 2 seed and the Terrapins claimed the No. 3 seed in the Big Ten Tournament. The Terrapins will take the court about 9 p.m. ET on Friday, March 10. (Download a Big Ten Tournament bracket here.)
